The initial response has been great. Thank you to the seven authors who have submitted stories so far.
In hopes of stimulating so more interest in the Powder Burn site, I thought I would give the first part of February a theme for Valentines Day - write me a story involving something related to Valentines Day in the piece.

The Mystery Bookstore in Los Angeles has posted its first podcast. This first podcast features Don Bruns and the Merry Band of Murderers, including Nathan Walpow. from Saturday night's signing. In addition , Jim Fusilli’s seminar on short story writing is included in this podcast.
