Update on Dad

Things have taken a turn for the worst. The family is in the process of setting up home hospice but all that may be for naught.

I apologize to the authors and others who are waiting on me to update or submit material to you, but I'm not of the right mind at the moment. Maybe during one of these sleepless nights I'll sit down at the computer and try to get something together, but I sense that the next few weeks are being scheduled for me.

Thanks again for all the kind words and thoughts.

Thanks

First an update: Thanks to all of you who emailed me off line to inquire about my dad. It's been a journey and as of this morning, the prognosis looks good. It is my hope that maybe sometime in the next week we will be able to get him home.

One of the advantages to this experience has been that I have been getting a great deal of reading completed. I have been averaging two books a day and this has effectively distracted me from dwelling on the situtation at hand.

So, over the next few hours and days I will post updates on Barry Eisler, Robert Ferrigno, Lee Goldberg, Terrill Lee Lankford and some my thoughts on what I have read as well as links to some of the new talent in the bizz.
