Happy Valentine's Day
It has been along time between posts. I have been busy at work and have taken on several other responsibilities. Geez, I haven't been to a book signing in several weeks. However, there is light at the end of the tunnel!
In the meantime, I have been reading like crazy. This has kept me sane so far. I have been working on a few short stories and I still have that very rough draft of a book from NaNoWri Mo (currently a doorstop, thanks to the winds here in So. Cal., but destine for the fire place as soon as the weather decides to cool down to winter-like weather.) I am also exploring Flash fiction and hope to contirbute something to Tribe in the next week. IN addition to all of this, I have been asked to review books for a few ezines as well as helping with being a fresh set of eyes for a few writers on their projects (thanks for the trust).
Next weekend, a little 3 day trip to Vegas for some R and R and a big 60th B-day for a relative. Send your money to me via PayPal if you would like me to place any bets.
It is my fervent intention to blog on a more consistent basis. This Saturday I should be runnin' into Steve Hockensmith as he makes way through the area. Next week Robert Ferrigno is in town. If you haven't aldready done so, pick up a copy of Prayer for the Assassin. This is an amazing book!

Glad to see you're back. Keep us up to date. I interviewed Steve Hockensmith. Cool guy. That should be fun.
Thanks for the endorsement, Steven! Right back at ya'!
Saturday's gonna be super-kooky for me, Aldo -- I'm supposed to hit three L.A.-area stores in one afternoon. But wherever we meet up, I hope you can hang out and chat a bit before I have to fly!

And here's me thinking that dismembered body in Panorama City last week was yours. Glad to see you're still alive.
