How is it that such wonderful people like Barbara are now not with us?

I will always remember her for her kindness, wit and charm. The last time I talked to her was at the Mystery Bookstore and we were stuck in a corner trying to listen to the hub bub. We were laughing and apparently disturbing the person speaking that we couldn't hear anyway. I'll never forget the grin from her when I said I was gonna get us kicked out.......
